I want to buy a fan(s), what should I know before I do?

A: Always seek a licensed professional electrical company in your area to evaluate your indoor electrical and ceiling supports where the fan will be installed to be sure it meet your city/state building and electrical code requirements.

 

I purchased one of your fans (or parts), now what do I do?

A:  Seek a licensed professional electrical company in your area with experience in installing of ceiling fans, parts and accessories.

 

Are there restocking fees?

A:  Yes there are restocking fees. For parts 20% of purchase cost and for whole products 15% of purchase.

 

Can I order a large volume of whole products?

A:  Yes, call the Toll-Free number for more information. (M-F 9am to 5pm est.)

 

What are your return and exchange policy?

A:  After 30 days past the date of purchase no returns, exchange only. In cases of broken or damage part, please contact us for replacement or return. 

  

When do orders ship?

A: Products ship Monday to Fridays. No shipments are processed on weekends or national holidays. (Order before a Friday and/or the holiday date.)

 

Do you sell internationally?

A: Only online within the continental United States (minus Alaska). For more information call our toll-free number.
